Elizabeth Wu is a transnational governance consultant and international dispute resolution lawyer focusing on the role that international economic law can play in driving environmental and climate justice. With over 13 years of experience spanning transnational corporate accountability, climate and environmental governance, and complex cross-border dispute resolution, she works with the public and private sectors and civil society to lead and develop transnational governance initiatives in Asia. A strong supporter of the environmental rule of law, her work includes leading regional convenings on climate and environmental adjudication for judges from across the Asia-Pacific, championing transnational corporate accountability for climate change and environmental impacts, and developing international economic law frameworks that support sustainable development.
