Jackie Mah

Jackie Mah is the President & CEO of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM). She spearheads the strategic direction and execution of ICDM’s Directors Development Framework, equipping boards with the skills, competencies, and perspectives needed to navigate evolving governance challenges and strengthen ESG-aligned governance across Malaysian corporations. A strong advocate for sustainable value creation, she champions the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into boardroom practices and leadership development, drawing on insights from the ESG Competent Boards Programme.

At ICDM, Jackie champions operational excellence, sustainable growth, and strategic partnerships, while leading the Research & Advocacy team to advance thought leadership on ESG integration, board stewardship, and stakeholder collaboration. Her passion extends to people and talent development, where she is committed to nurturing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams that promote ethical leadership, innovation, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to sustainable outcomes.

Prior to joining ICDM, Jackie served as Chief Financial Officer of the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) Foundation, where she led global initiatives spanning finance, strategy, technology, and organisational development. She is a member of ACCA and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and remains committed to advancing responsible leadership and long-term corporate resilience. She also serves as a member of the Integrated Reporting Committee of MIA.
