Climate Governance Malaysia (CGM)’s Global Summit brought together leading climate thought-leaders from around the world to share their insights, as well as explore breakthrough ideas and innovative solutions to some of the most complex climate challenges of our time.

It is clear: despite growing momentum, the global response to the climate crisis remains far from adequate. Emissions continue to rise, nature is under severe pressure, and vulnerable communities are bearing the brunt of increasingly frequent and severe climate impacts. Traditional approaches are no longer sufficient: we need bold, systemic interventions that are grounded in science, equity and collaboration.

This summit convened diverse voices — across sectors, geographies, and disciplines — to spark critical conversations and catalyse climate leadership. Through CGM’s signature carefully curated conversations, knowledge-sharing and cross-sector collaboration, the event aimed to accelerate action, strengthen climate governance, and chart a more resilient, sustainable future for all.
