SK is the Country Managing Partner for ERM in Malaysia & Brunei, helping clients accelerate the low-carbon economy, energy transition, and ESG adoption. He advises C-suites and Boards on sustainability strategies, impact assessments, and capacity building. With over three decades in the international energy sector, he brings deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, strategy, and digital transformation.

He spent 24 years with Shell Group, holding senior roles across finance, retail, power, and LNG businesses in Malaysia, Bangkok, London, Singapore, and Houston. As President of Shell US Gas & Power and Board Member of the Center for LNG, he drove business growth and shaped LNG advocacy. After leaving Shell in 2015, he held leadership positions at Bumi Armada, GLX Digital, and his own consulting firm before joining ERM in 2022.

SK holds an MBA from RMIT University and is passionate about sustainability, culture, and business transformation.
