Dr. Salim Khubchandani brings over four decades of leadership experience across sales, marketing, and strategic advisory roles in India, Singapore, and Malaysia, spanning multinational corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, and academia.
During his corporate career, he held senior roles within global marketing networks including OgilvyOne and J. Walter Thompson. In 1999, he conceptualise and launched the Taj InnerCircle loyalty programme for the Taj Group of Hotels—one of India’s pioneering global hotel loyalty initiatives that continues to operate successfully today.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of On-Target Marketing Solutions, an award-winning marketing consultancy based in Malaysia, and founder of On-Target Insights Lab in India, which focuses on data-driven consumer insights and behavioural research.
Dr. Khubchandani recently completed a PhD in Consumer Neuroscience from Symbiosis International University. His work applies behavioural science, neuromarketing tools, and AI-enabled analytics to better understand decision-making and stakeholder behaviour in an increasingly complex business environment.
He also serves as the Asia-Pacific partner for leading behavioural research technology providers from Germany and the UK, supporting organisations in applying advanced consumer insights to strategy and decision-making.
