Climate Change 2022: Risks, Adaptation and Mitigation Implications and Way Forward

The event is convened by the Committee on Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction of the Academy of Sciences Malaysia and Climate Governance Malaysia with partners. Key findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports released early this year will be presented. This will be followed by a discourse to take stock of the implications for Malaysia. Participants are invited to share their views on the way forward and issues of priority for the country. This will serve as a basis to mobilise scientific leadership and partnerships for climate resilient development
