Sharon Anne De Silva

Sharon is the Head of Secretariat at CGM, bringing over 40 years of experience in advertising and production. A seasoned professional, she has managed a wide range of creative projects, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

Prior to joining CGM, Sharon served as Head of AV at Naga DDB Tribal, where she led the production of marketing campaigns for a wide range of high-profile clients. Her leadership was instrumental in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality audiovisual content and fostering strong collaborations with production houses and post-production teams.

As Head of Secretariat, Sharon draws on her extensive experience to manage day-to-day operations, supporting the team in delivering projects with efficiency, precision, and impact.
